Can I download the SIS app to my computer?
At the moment, the SIS app is only available for mobile devices. While you can’t download it directly to your computer, you can install the app on your phone or tablet for easy access.
How do I reset my password?
Using the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login screen. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
Is there a way to connect with other sisters?
Yes, SIS offers private groups and discussion boards where you can connect, support, and grow with other sisters in a safe environment.
How do I update my profile or change my display name?
Go to the “profile” tab, then tap “personal settings.” From there, you can update your name, profile photo.
Can I use SIS if I’m new to Islam or still learning?
Absolutely! SIS is designed to support sisters at every stage of their journey, with beginner-friendly content, guided features, and a welcoming community.
Can I request new features or content?
We love hearing from you! contact us at info@sisapp.com and share your ideas or suggestions. Many of our updates come from user requests.
Does the app send daily verses, or reflection notifications?
Yes! You will receive these daily on your Home Screen.
Is there a mobile app for the SIS platform?
Yes! You can download the SIS app on both Android and iOS devices from their respective app stores. Search for – “ Serene Islamic sanctuary ” to get started!
